only severe fines and substantial jail time will discourage this profiteering inpulse with subcontractors here. No good time, no special benefits: jail and fines. Else this will get much worse sometime soon. The principals of the offending company cannot be immune from justice.
I'm curious as to when the problem of Boeing parts became a problem. Was it before or after they started out-sourcing so many products?
