Their customer service and website navigation / understandability is abysmal.
As a very frequent user of European low cost carriers, I avoid Wizz Air like the plague. They need to fix their service big time for me to be persuaded to consider them.
As a very frequent user of European low cost carriers, I avoid Wizz Air like the plague. They need to fix their service big time for me to be persuaded to consider them.
They have been responsible for far too many cancellations of flight routes and flights at short notice. Their customer service are a nightmare to deal with.
I won’t be travelling with them ever again.
