Air New Zealand to begin direct B777 flights to Houston from December

While we know this was already planned due to COA (also with *A) starting B787 runs to NZAA, this is definitely a response to QFA's shifting of their Sydney-SFO flight to DFW, to get closer in bed with AAL and OneWorld.
