It serves all First Nations communities in Northern Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Ontario and Nunavut. Missinippi Airways (and the Air Ambulance Division flying as Missinippi Air-Care) is the only 100% First Nations owned (Mathias Colomb Cree Nation) airline in Northern Manitoba.
