First, If you have never landed here, It's a MUST STOP if you are anywhere close. Approaches from the North mush avoid rock formation which is above most GP's. And if you have passengers, make sure their cameras are out and ready (I've even flown a few T+G's for added photography time).

Great airport, tons of "friendly", can - do, and much good will.... Very military friendly too. As a CFII/MEII and retired mil pilot, I suggest you ignore the SR-22 guy who also reviewed KSEZ but did NOT properly read and heed the A/FD and FAA restrictions at KSEZ... . Full stops only - *NO* touch and go's, and there are noise abatement rules too, lest the FSDO discover your wild child ways ;-) ... Yes, it's a beautiful approach, not much like a real CV trap as a few claim lol, but do have the non-PAC take the lovely happy snaps... WACO O |
