I like it....
Nice photo and a good looking plane. The thumbnail picture reminded me of a C-119 at first.

could be pushers w/ a canard.....just saying
that is a c-119. not a USAF, didn't have all the windows. flew from Chambley France, to wheelus AFB Libya North Africa 1956 in a USAF version.
@ f86f, Sorry you are mistaken. It is a NORD Noratlas as titled but probably inspired by the C-82/C-119.

Really great. I absolutely love seeing old production planes that I've never seen BEFORE! Granted, our current flying machines are built to be sleek, but MAN there were some truly fascinating shapes and styles of old! If I read correctly, this COULD be the last one flying. What a beauty!
