I think this is an F-4EJ, not an RF. Clues include a jammer pod in the Sparrow well and one can see the outline of the gun fairing under the nose. RFs don't have Sparrow missile wells or internal guns. The RF model certainly could outdrag any other Phantom model. They were really quick!
A friend's father dead-sticked one of these. Miracle.
