North American P-51 Mustang (N151TP)

I know that one, my neighbor's Mustang.

First time I saw one up close actually running was at KSCH. I was getting ready to taxi for night flight and a P=51 was warming up for mechanical work. Sputtering, back fires, flame shooting out exhaust. Mechanic told me that was normal for the P-51! AWESOME!
The history of the P-51 in WWII is eye-watering.
