WOW take a look at this rare photo taken back in 1978 up up and away TE5 heading out from NZAA to KLAX. air new zealand were the green and blue birds of the sun with the blue green pin stripe down the side of this DC10-30

I flew ZK-NZN on many trips while working for the airline as a engineer she was a spare aircraft in case one was on the ground needing maintenance. ZK-NZN was a NZCH based aircraft city of Christ church
Last known as N144AA, having been delivered to them on 3 Jan 85.
