Brakes failed upon landing in wet weather, causing the plane to go off runway 25. The forward gear was ripped off when the place hit grass, and it stopped just inside the perimeter fence near the First Air hangar. This photo is the day after the landing, with a crane lifting the forward fusilage while a truck pulls from behind with cables.
