Douglas DC-9-10 (PH-DNE)

Fifty years ago when men flew on airplanes, they dressed in suits and ties, as attested to in this photo. It was a formal occasion. And women followed suit. There's little difference if any from a bus ride today.

That was the first aircraft type I flew on, operated by BWIA.

Gotta love the classiness of the 60's. Honestly, i think that tail livery is great, id like to see it make a come back.
