In my 1000's of flights, never had to seat on 2 metal bars (no cushion at all). Much worse, I've never had an aircraft part falling on my head...
Not to mention, the horrendous turbulence...
But, well, it was Singapore Airlines, a 5 Star... How MONEY can buy everything in this World...
