Eurocopter EC-635 (N911PN)

Seeing Promedica Air around Toledo is an everyday occurrence but it was a nice surprise to catch them at the Cleveland Clinic/Fairview Hospital this afternoon. Unfortunately for the crew, the aircraft experienced a mechanical issue and shutdown before liftoff as CLINIC1 circled above. The 5 ½ hr delay gave me the chance to catch the Airbus Helicopter H135 under the lights. They finally lifted off around 6PM tonight, 17 Dec 2021.
