Douglas DC-9-10 — - KMRY - 0051 - VR-55 City of San Francisco touches down early AM at Monterey on Dec 8th, 1988. This jet parked near the airport fire station - loaded a stretcher case - and took off 20 minutes later. Ft Ord was still open in this time period.

You can always spot a Naval aviators approach with a high AOA angle flying right on the edge of a stall, regardless of a #3 wire on the Rnry...practice makes perfect..
