North American TB-25 Mitchell —
The Lone Star Flight Museum B-25 Mitchell is getting an engine run-in to prevent, what I believe is called "hydraulic lock" because too much of the oil can drain to the lower engine cylinders when the plane is at rest. According to the LSFM web page, this plane was stationed in the USA during the war and then was a trainer after the war before being used by the CIA. It was repainted with the Doolittle Raider emblem when it was designated the official B-25 of the Doolittle Raider Association.
