Boeing RC-135 (62-4130)

beautiful picture of a somewhat ugly beast!

Had on of those flying over my house in Reno last year. It was flying an expanding oval which I believe was some type of mapping or surveillance. I'm most likely wrong but I took videos and pics, posted then here but no one replied.

Have seen that bird or similar shooting approaches at KDSM.
