Lockheed P-38 Lightning (N25Y)
Beautifully restored to concours quality, Flying Bull P-38 cockpit is immaculate with some modern additions: GPS, Garmin 530/580 and Tru-Trak autopilot. Note opposing bulls on Control Yoke. Appropriately, plane's new home is HANGAR 7 (the "glass hangar") at Mozart Airport, Salzburg, Austria (LOWS).... A couple of observations:
1) This is NOT your grandfather's P-38 cockpit!
2) Airspeed scale goes from green to yellow at 270Kts?! Seems "low", but I'm sure that there's a good reason to do so.
