Transport Canada DASH 8-100 (C-GSUR) of the National Aerial Surveillance Program (NASP) at YOW after a lengthy sortie to the Great Lakes and St. Lawrence River. NASP has several platforms that help prevent pollution, protect the marine environment and endangered marine life, and monitors the transportation industry along Canada’s coastlines.
