Even my photo here submitted 3 hours ago has NO VIEWS and one vote and made staff pick. Definitely suspect the Staff Pick software does the pickin.
It’s weird it does it for other photos. A bug?

Wild that you can have a VOTE or Votes yet no view and even a Staff Pick with no views. Of course it is not limited to me. Just look at the new photos of the day and see how far back you go until a view pops up and note the hour it was posted.
The software may catch up and probably will but those views that weren't recorded are lost. Thanks for your comment here and your attention to the site that is always welcome.
