More bad news for Boeing as they admit to falsifying documents relating to a 787 sold to Air Canada (simpleflying.com) עוד...

That means that a 787 flying aroand the AIR CANADA network without legitimate documents thus making the Cerificate of Air Worthiness and a lot of other documents such as the Registration would be invalid and the list goes on.
