So just another tax to empty planes and pocket books and those people who fly there personal jets that make these worthless laws and taxes use carbon offsets and pollute on.

Nothing new here tax the tax the people into the ground while the rich just keep doing there thing and dont really care. Jetting from one country to another to houses they own in different countries or in the USA.
