So there is a great concern that we have pilots flying planes while being "Coocoo for coco puffs"?
Perhaps we need to screen passengers too as we have all been on a plane with complete morons!

I recall TWA's interview process many years ago, where candidates were given extensive medical and psychological exams - only to have a new hire hang himself in his hotel room after failing his first checkride.
