Boeing's replacement for the 757 - "when," not "if."

Boeing is looking at a 757 successor to fill the hole in the lineup between 737-9 Max and 787-8, i.e. 200-270 seats with 5000 mile range. Whole new plane; development expected to cost $10B. My question is: where will it be made? My guess is that development will be done worldwide. Frankly, I'd be surprised if it was made in Puget Sound region; more likely Charleston or St. Louis or Long Beach, or a completely new location.
