The annual Airline Quality Report from Wichita State University and Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University was just published and the news is not good for the traveling consumer. One and two I can believe, but DAL - no way
DAL...they do well because the rest suck so badly that it make it easier for them to become a star.
Maybe the person reviewing them likes bologna sandwiches? and paying for a drink on International routes....................You have to ask why Americans accept the US carriers sub standard service on international routes? Every last US based carrier on International are just appalling on in flight service.
