747 survival depends on new wings and repowering
The below freighters were ordered last year although the recent news story says jetliners. Silk Way West might be interested is keeping maintenance simple running just the 747 jetliners and freighters. Can't blame them. I prefer 4 engines any day.

I wonder if they will be outfitted to replace the four current E-4 Nightwatch aircraft that are falling apart.
