So many serious airline industry issues all rooted in cost-cutting (each deleterious to safety) in order to maximize top salaries are festering - including most recently, eliminating the requiremnt for pilots to have a college degree. Remember: “That which does not kill me makes me stronger “. Thus, “That which does not make me safer works towards killing me”.
