As a long time traveler, I have definitely been more frustrated as the years pass with ground delays. The absolute worse is sitting in a plane after a long flight waiting for a gate to open up. Claustrophobia definitely sets in for those not comfortable with a static (and often times stuffy as they are jammed to the brim with pax) aircraft.
