They should have been allowed to leave and get a different flight but 100% covered by the airline! It is a health hazard to make someone sit anywhere near vomit. The airline should have been written up for a health and safety violation and fined heavily!!
Per Flightaware records, the a/c involved was C-GFCH . After reaching Montreal, , it made a 1-hour turnaround. Then “shuttled “ for a few more days , flying round trips Montreal - Las Vegas - Montreal. Seems to be a common pattern for Rouge airlines flight 1506.
