Those are 2 not so smart people... and their lawyer is just as dumb... that suit will go no where... It was a GE Engine and they are they ones to go after if anyone.

Oops.. My goof... Thanks for the correction - But either way.. Boeing will not eat that bill. It could have been the manufacture or the company maintenance or the repair shop.. The log book will tell the real story.
