The 727 you see is operated by Mexico´s Federal Police (Policia Federal). They bought 4 of them to Mexicana de Aviación in 2002.

Normally the visibility isn't this good. This airport always drove me nuts with the lack of gates at the terminal and having to use the hard stands and shuttles. Nice video.
