I'm sure the US built another hill directly in the path of the Russian " Superjet ", then laid on lots of low cloud and told the pilot to come down through the cloud to see where he was, rather than looking at his charts & navigation equipment, just in case there was a bit of high ground in the area. Much easier to blame someone else, isn't it ?
