North American Rockwell OV-10 Bronco (N338RC) - The young passenger in the back seat has obviously enjoyed the 15-minute flight of the Cactus Air Force Wings And Wheels Museums OV-10A Bronco (N338RC). It is captured here as it slows after landing on KCXPs runway 27. Two years ago, I had an up-close-and-personal hands-on tour of this fantastic aircraft and my photo collection contains shots of it taken from every conceivable angle, but the young lady in this pic has experienced what I have not ... a ride in it.

Great shot Gary! 5 Stars

And from what I've heard it's and incredibly fun plane to fly in in, with windows surrounding the cockpit it makes for an incredible view.

Mark, I clicked over 20 of this one as it taxied out, did a flyby, and landed; and in every shot that young lady's face is all lit up with a big smile. She had a fantabulous time, so her reaction sort of "verifies" what you've heard. And TY for the vote. :-)
Uwe! Howdy! Thank you for the greeting and also for posting your shots of this superb aircraft. If you ever get back into this area again, please contact me at OldeCarl (at) gmail.com and let me know you are coming. I can arrange on-site visits to several airports in this area or I can drive over to the central California area easily to meet you, and I am grouped with some Sacramento-area photogs who would also enjoy meeting you. In fact, if you want to, please send an email to my address above and we can link up right now.
