Wow!! Hold your breath for the dust cloud!! I was on a KLM 744 many years ago. KMSP-EHAM and back. Who knows..maybe this one. I'd do it again in a heartbeat. Thanks for posting this great pic, Daniel!

Maybe it's just me but in my opinion, the 747 has a look that is simply unmatched by any other civilian aircraft. The A380, as impressive as it is from an engineering and sheer size perspective looks like a flying tank, whilst the 747 still remains the queen of the skies!

Its amazing how technology allows such an aggressive take off angle like this. I'm still amazed at what us humans can do, even though I've seen it so many times. Amazing capture Daniel.

This is one beautiful airplane! The look is unmatched by any plane that flies today. I wish the 747 was still used. The four motors, the sound it makes, the spiral staircase up to the top deck is just phenomenal. I love this airplane!

Superb!

The take off pitch is high on that 747-400,but watching a 747-8 take off is the most graceful queen of them all. If any plane wanted to be in the air more than the 747-8, please do tell.
