Jesse is mostly correct, but it's SCAN-30, not a Grumman Widgeon.
While they look the same there are significant differences, not many parts can be switched from one to another without modification or alteration.
This one is one of 7 Magnum conversions, 350hp Lycoming GTSIO-540s and props off a Piper Navajo Chieftain (flat rated to 300hp).
N.B. I know the owner of this airplane and what they had to do to restore it, it's one of the most beautiful SCANs / Widgeons out there, inside and out.
