Surprised there are still 9's flying
DC-9-15F (reading from the photo)
Good airplanes, hand flyers, no computers. Freighters have cargo door (that area between the missing cabin windows). -10's and -15's have no leading edge slats, later models (-30's and above) had slats. Drops stall speed 25kts upon extension.
How do they expect to make money flying freight in this plane? Very inefficient.
