Embraer A-27 Tucano (N484MT)
This is the first picture of N484MT to be posted in the FA photo gallery, and it catches the pilot putting the tread to bed as the Short Tucano (an authorized production variant of an Embraer EMB-312 Tucano) climbs away from Reno Tahoe International.
* Info Note ... "Sauvetage" means "Rescue." I looked it up to be sure. (Grin ) *

The aviation photographer "spotter's god" was smiling down on me when this super-looking a/c departed. I had never seen a Tucano before so I was quite pleased to have an opportunity to snap this one, but as it was lining up on 16L to take off, the snow was falling quite heavily and I knew my captures would be badly obscured. But then, just like that, there was a sudden break in the snowfall, and it was right at that moment that N484MT took off and came past my position. Less than a minute later, the snow began falling again.
Awesome!
Nice!
