Sure it could be the little brother, actually, it is way prettier so little sister might be more appropriate. Both aircraft have the same functionality in mind, perform like a rotorcraft and plane. That Osprey has a different tail section for sure and I believe it is made by Boeing. Merci on the comment. Clear skies over there.
