Early 1990s, probably 93 or 94, on the Gila National Forest, Reserve RD in New Mexico; Erickson CH-54 Skycrane working a fire for us. This aircraft had an engine issue and wound up landing in the cattle tank it was drawing from. Fixed and flew out, but embarrassing! Not sure of the N number; it was denominated Helo 44 on that fire.
