Rat Scurries Onto Alaska Airlines Flight
LOS ANGELES (CBSLA) — An Alaska Airlines was cancelled today after passengers say a rat jumped on the plane before takeoff. Alaska Airlines Flight 915 was supposed to take off from Oakland to Portland at 9:37 a.m. But the plane was towed instead to a remote stand on the tarmac at Oakland International Airport, where the airline says exterminators went to work inside the Boeing 737. I remember a long time ago (on a 727) one particular a/c continually got a write for a mouse on board the a/c/ We installed Electronic Demousers... but none of them ever worked... One day a fellow mechanic knowing that a/c was going to RON that night with little workload on it, brought in his mother cat from his farm, and closed her up inside the a/c (with the packs on of course).... No more mouse write up's after that... The cat saved the mouse to show that she could do what we couldn't.... To make matters even funnier, she took the mouse to the Supervisors and dropped it on his desk to tell him.. "Look What I Got!" and then proceeded to consume her rewards...
LOL. Family had a cat one time when we lived in a house next to large fields. Let him out one evening while we went to the local mall. Came back 2-3 hours later, he was sitting by the front door w/his chest pushed out..he was so proud of himself. He had caught a baby rabbit out in the fields & brought it back to show us.
He had the habit of dashing down the hall, through the living room, onto a chair, onto a table, through the drapes, & into the open window sill. One night it was cooler than normal, so the window was closed. Here he comes dashing down the hall, through the living room, onto a chair, onto a table, through the drapes, & BOOOOOMM!!!!!......he hits the closed window. I was told the cat had the funniest look on his face......

That is the difference between Alaska and <insert selected carrier>, the rats are scurrying to get on.
I guess "Sanctuary State" only includes illegals, felons and MS-13 but excludes rats.
Could not wait to get out of OAK. I have had the same feeling when there! LOL
Rats can chew through cables but can they chew hydraulic lines ?
