Pope Travels in America on American Airlines (Behind the Scenes)

One thing that I do not understand or support is why everyone seems to treat him as GOD... One woman even said that the Pope Touched her Baby and Healed her... The problem I have here is that you do not need a Pope or Priest to pray through.... WHen I pray (and I do several times a day), I pray directly to God and on my knees... The Pope or any Priest for that matter has never healed anyone, I am not going to say that his prayer did not help preform miracles, he him self did not and cannot... That is reserved for the power of God and God Alone...

To me, this entire trip of the Pope was interesting, but so many people just wanting to touch him, a member of congress taking his water after he was finished it and shared it with his friends and even bottled it for his kids so that they can be blessed is BS... The POPE is a man just like any one of us and I put my pans on just the same way that he does... The only difference is I do not put on a "Beanie". He is not perfect and he is not without sin, just as none of us are without sin.

People recognize that Pope Francis --like many other believers throughout the ages, the ones we now call saints -- reflects the goodness, the truth, and the beauty of God. Folks don't get to see that too much these days.
