If you're going to do the crime, you're going to do the time! I wonder what the sentence is for that? The he was arrested in Mumbai I would NOT want to be in his shoes.

What's the problem with that? If it's her gold, she can move it to wherever she wants, if it's not hers, the crime is theft. Smuggling and money laundering are vacuous terms.
