Hate to be un PC but that seems to be the English as a second language crowd and they don't care if the FAA sees their video! Be kind of hilarious to see one start on the second blade and then eat the rope before it could clear. Think about it.
It used to be somewhat common to start DC-3's and DC-6's using the same technique in rural parts of Alaska after a battery failure.
They must have perfected the art cause an R2800 could eat anything.
