Blow up doll in the cockpit, spitting water in the cabin: Air New Zealand staff caught in the act

Video and photos of an Air New Zealand pilot posing with an inflatable doll in the cockpit and an air hostess spitting water with the caption "wish I could spit on passengers like this" have been posted online. Two staff members have been stood down by the airline while an investigation takes places, another no longer works there.
